Last week of summer break~

For us the first week of August was our last week before school started. Kind of early but we tried to pack in the fun anyway. The big kids did a cooking class and absolutely loved it. They made lasagnas, cheescakes, quiches, and much more. They are so confident in the kitchen now. Zach got a new dresser since his converts to/from a changing table. It was originally Mikayla's and now it's Landen's! Anyway, Zach needed a new dresser and we finally found one we liked that was a good price and it came in this great big box!! Perfect for a summer lemonade stand. They actually made some good money! Boy was it hot inside that box, but they were committed to their business. We finally made it over the the water park by our house. It is so fun, but we hardly ever make it there. this was one of the last days it was open for the summer and it was only like 70 degrees and breezy. BRRRR! But the kids had a blast after they got used to the water.
Landen slept most of the time at the water park. He was so good on all our summer adventures. I was always so thankful how well he did getting lugged around with me and the kids. Praise God that he likes his carseat and almost always falls asleep in the car.
He managed a smile even though the water was chilly. Always was a smiley baby. They went down that slide like 20 times. There was hardly anyone there that day, of course because it was so cool, but we enjoyed it because it can be very crowded and crazy.
Smiley, happy, still 8 week old boy!Loves to sleep with his arms above his head just like his sissy did as a baby. Another one of Zach's outfits from when he was a baby.

Still lovin' the fan.
Zach just loves to hold his little brother.
Kind of looks like his hair is a little red like Zach's, but really it isn't. It is however still curly when it gets wet and gets very fuzzy on humid days. He's gonna look like Zach, but have his sissy's curls! I'll have to find a pic of Mikayla when she was a toddler and had very curly hair.=)
