~Mikayla keeps saying she wants to be a giant bumble bee for halloween and then she giggles uncontollably!!?? Not sure where she got that idea, but it's cute.
~Zachary insists it's Dark vader. Actually makes more sense.
~The kids love to listen to books an CD in the car and it's the only way to keep them from fighting now that we have a smaller car. This summer we listened to Charlie and the Chocolate factory, Pipi Longstocking, Stuart Little, Boxcar Children, Magic tree house, Anne of Green Gables, Ramona the Pest, and maybe more. They absolutely loved Anne of Green Gables!! At first they were like why are you making us listen to this, but they laughed hysterically at her. Especially when she was full of woe or wanted puffed sleeves.
~We've been checking out books from the library every week and Mikayla is really into Cam Jansen books and she reads them soooo fast. Although she still loves the Nancy Drew notebooks. Zach found some books called Zack Proton and he has checked them all out for the past 2 months, no one else can have them! He also discovered captain underpants.
~When Mikayla bothers Zach he yells, "Stop ignnoying me!" He insists that's a real word.
~At 6 &1/2 years old Zach still does not have even one wiggly tooth! He is very bummed about it. It's wierd because he started getting teeth at 4 months old.

Do you get your books on CD from the library? What a great idea.
So, when do kids usually start losing teeth?
I've been meaning to ask. Are you guys going to be around at Christmas?? We'll be in town!!
Yeah! I like the pic at the top too! I see something going on behind those smiling eyes! Funny how you could guess who chose which book from the library just from the titles. :) Nice job on the roses. The red is gorgeous. - Maybe sister can show brother how to pull teeth out. eeek!
See you soon,
Tell Zachary that Ben didn't lose his first tooth until 2 weeks before 2nd grade started. So he was 7 years, 2 months old before any came out. Even now he has only lost 5. So Zachary is not alone! -Cyndi Light
Oh, good, I'll tell Zach and I know that will make him feel better!
Hi, I love finding all of Ra's friends in the blog world. Your kids are so big that I can hardly believe it has been that long since I've seen your family. And, by the way, Sara was humiliated because she was the last student left in 2nd grade with her original teeth. By the time she lost them everyone else was ready for braces.
