She just started doing it when we got back from WI. She took off her floaties and realized she could float with out them and then she just started moving her arms and legs. This is the same girl who cried all summer at swim lessons! She just did it on her own terms, I guess. She is now mastering the underwater handstand and tea parties. What a great summer of firsts it has been for her! She starts 2nd grade tomorrow and I can hardly believe it. She is very excited and we met her teacher last week and she is wonderful! We have heard lots of great things about her. God has truly blessed us again with outstanding teachers.

BRAVO MIKAYLA !! I'm so proud of you for sticking with it. Just wait until next summer! You and Zach will be swimming all over the pool. 2nd grade and Kindergarten. You're both growing up soooooooo faaaaasssst!!
