4 Months Old

15 lbs. 9 oz. the week before, starting to grab everything-especially our faces, suddenly hating binkie, sometimes still sucking your thumb, still have blue eyes, finding your voice, wearing 6 month size clothes, pulling to a stand with help, went to a hoedown, starting to play with toys, definitely still a Daddy's boy, squeal when you see brobroFirst time in the Jumperoo that we borrowed from "baby Micah," as the kids still say, even though he is almost 2!

I glanced outside to check on the big kids and saw Mikayla being so cute and laying in the leaves. I instantly knew we had to do a little impromptu photo shoot. I threw Landen in some brown clothes and this is what I got... Seems like practically no leaves compared to the last 2 weekends.

Seriously Mommy, I am done!

I really didn't want to do the laying down pictures, but Landen was just not happy sitting up. I also didn't want the kids to really touch Landen because they were getting over some sickness Mikayla got at camp. So I was trying to hold Landen straight out from my body away from the camera hanging around my neck and postition him. My legs were sore for days!

My cute little robot!

My baby going off to Camp Tecumseh for 2 days, 1 night(Sept. 28&29). Oh so sad, yet so much fun. Apparently there wasn't much sleeping, but she had a blast. She came home smelling like a campfire. Her first night away from home and incidently Landen slept thru the night. He only did it for three nights, but it was still nice! She did actually leave the house with shoes on!

He loves to hold his hands now and even sleeps like that. I think he really looks like Mikayla as a baby in these pics.
This might have been one of the last times he took binkie. Binkie is apparently now disgusting. Could I look any more tired!? I just love how he had his hand on my chest. There is nothing like a sleeping baby! Except maybe, baby yawns or baby sneezes.

I know this is a random post, but I need to catch up so I can start posting about all our fun fall activities!

He seriously refuses to lay down for bath time. He stays like this the whole bath. Loves to splash his feet and try to grab the water and water cup.

Sick Chicks~

Pretty sure h1n1 is making it's way thru our house. Zach had it bad the last 2 days. Jeff and I have had sore throats, but Oil of Oregano has helped us not be too miserable. Baby is fussy, but that could be many things. He had shots this week and has 2 teeth coming up. Mikayla is completely fine, go figure. Pray we are all better soon!
