Birthday Extravaganza!

Seems like we celebrated his birthday all week long starting at school. I brought in doughnuts and a balloon and gifts for his class and his class sung to him. That's his teacher. His goal is to be taller than her by the end of the year.Then at home he got to open presents. We got him a guitar and he loves it! He really wants to take lessons now.Zach decided he wanted a party at Snapperz Fun Zone. Here he is with Snapper the Turtle.

Yikes! Getting big! Last week at 24 weeks. Finally feeling mostly better.

Big Brother~

Zachary has had a lot of exciting things going on in addition to getting ready to be a big brother. He had a Luau in his Discovery class and made his own volcano and got to make it erupt. He knows a ton about volcanoes now.Messy, but fun!

He finally lost his first tooth on February 6th!! It was quite loose and so he let daddy pull it out. It was the bottom front left tooth. He was sooooo excited!!! The tooth enamel went way down so I am not surprised it has taken so long for him to lose a tooth. He has several more very loose teeth as well.

He claims I told him tooth was spelled "thooth." And of course it took 2 nights for tooth fairy to come but it was worth it because she left 2 dollars and left the tooth per his request.

He also had grandparents day this week at school with a lunch and a patriotic program. I was his honorary quest, along with baby, of course!

He was way in the back row where he was mostly in the shadows so the pictures aren't great. He said he had stage fright. He didn't do many of the motions even though he's been doing them nonstop at home.=)

He's also been learning to swaddle and change one of Mikayla's old dollies. He is so sweet and gentle and has even mastered the "Heidi shuffle!" He is going to be a great big brother! I can't believe he is going to be 7 years old this week!!
This was about a week and a half ago at 22 weeks. Daddy and Mikayla say I've gotten much bigger since then. Yikes! I can feel baby kicking all the time now! Love you baby!
